Please note these tips when selecting your food menu! Fresh food adds a ton of weight to your food pack. Fresh food also takes more time to prepare and clean up. All of the items with an asterisk * are easy to prepare and much lighter in weight than fresh food. We pack pre-cooked bacon and sausage to save weight and preparation time out in the woods. Keep in mind too that we would not have the asterisk items on the menu if they were not tasty. We are sending out fresh eggs only upon request as they are perishable and heavy. Remember that we will pack it if you want to carry it!
